Can Delta 9 beat the World Idea Toys on Saturday night? Fans may remember the Toys forcing OT a couple seasons back. Are they capable of more this year?

"We don't think so. That's not to say that they suck, because they are a dangerous, highly skilled basketball team. We just don't see much improvement."

But, improvement gets more and more difficult as franchises mature and move up the ranks, no?

"Ya ... True. And how much better are we? Not much, maybe worse."

What are your thoughts on USA Elite's bold maneuverings this season ??

"Its jaw dropping. I mean, our intentions are to improve with each roster move. We have a very conservative, long-term outlook. Some other teams seem to fly, change or evolve at a much faster rate than us. USAE is only but the very best of those teams."

So, Delta 9 is having trouble keeping up with some of their rivals? In particular, I am curious as to whether you are already worried about a 1st round match vs. USAE.

"Hey, if somebody else can create the wheel in less time than us, more power to them. Still, it'll hurt ...
