Power Forward Pick Up

Delta 9 addressed its Power Forward position Friday with the acquisition of Xavante Trombador, a native Brazilian. It is unclear at present exactly how the rotation will shake out, but he figures to get ample oppurtunities. Here are some highlights of Trombador's welcoming press conference:
"This is a fantastic organization. I've watched it from afar and now ... this is a dream come true. I really appreciate the chance to play here and make an impact."

"This guy has got it all. He can block shots and rebound, is a menacing presence inside and he even has a decent jump shot. We feel that Xavante may be the final piece of our frontcourt puzzle. We couldn't be happier."
