I agree, this system could definitely make training more interesting and make it possible to develope different kinds of player internally, although of course I wouldn't change "general" trainings (stamina, free throws...)

Never thought about this but... sounds funny, and not game breaking.
Same time needed for overall training, for each player, just the possibility to select a proper training for different youngsters.
And in the end each mght become useful in a shorter time...

Or they can abolish requiring a player to play a Position based on the Week's Training session...

and just add additional Dropdown Boxes where we can choose a number of players based on the Training season...

and the players listed as Trainees will just need 45 minutes to have 100% Trainig efficiency.


Won't this be easier to code?

@brambauti - I really liked your idea of having a possibility to train different kinds of players in our weekly training sessions... So just like this week... if one of my Trainees got Injured I can train him solo on STA... but the others on what Id like them to be... ID and JS...

IMO it would also be nice if we can just get the number of required Training minutes from any position they'd play duirng the week...

the problem would be... how can we know how many players would be the limit of the weeks training? coz at the moment they are group by Team, Guards, Forwards,Wings, Bigmen? and the Training % still depends on how many players are going to train in a particular Drill.

If we will train a STA which is currently a Team Training... plus an ID which can be 2 Players (3 somethimes)... and JS (4-6)... how can we know whats the maxnumber of Drop-down list we can have for the week's Training?

Personally it sounds boring.

What I'd really like to know is what is the problem that needs to be solved by this change?


The problem Is that during the Years people got bored and left the game, something most be done time to time to renew a bit and try make It more interesting....

Another point in my opinion in favour of train different players Is that in this way really people can experiment something new, about how to train and also maybe try new a bit unusual skillset.....
Of course also now you can do It if you want , but you really think that people take 2 or 3 real Years for make and experiment? If people could train One "crazy skillset" player and two "traditional" ,more of us Will try something new, and new type of players in the game Will make It more interesting

Anyway if train different bore you, you can Always go on to train like now the same thing for all trainee..... Than if you train pot 6/7 Is not exactly training that keep you here
