Star Italian centre joins!

Fusio bouyed by recent successes on the court have dipped into the transfer market and signed Italian centre Daniele Veronese. Fans were understandably excited when news filtered through of the signing and many were there to greet the 6'9 centre on his arrival.

Fusio coach stated " not only is Daniele a fantastic player he also brings with him a wealth of experience which will help guide the younger players in the team. The opportunity to sign Daniele came about and we took it to show that although a small club we are very ambitious with it."

A friendly scrimmage has been arranged for later today in which Veronese may make an appearance.

Hi Mark

Cheers for that - must admit that this league is tough to stay in! I am trying to train one player and it really messed up my game plans last season as he wasn't the strongest player but I was having to play him out of position. Worth it now though as he has really done well this year. My big signings have been at SF PF and C where I havent done any training at all.

Look forward to our game we have home court advantage I think so should be interesting good luck for the rest of the season.
