Fusio down the Eagles

Fusio took on an understrength Eagles team tonight and came away with the win which has helped them progress to the next round of the National Tournament against the 5th best ranked team in England.

Fusio ran out 98-71 winners in a game which saw them able to run their bench for considerable periods of the game. Fusio's coach was in jubilant mood tonight and stated

'this is probably the biggest win in Fusio's short history and comes off the back of two strong performances in the league. After a shaky start the team has really gelled and this was evident in tonight's performance, the whole team deserves this victory and they will have tomorrow to celebrate before getting down to the business of the league game on Saturday '

It is hoped that Fusio can use this victory to build their confidence to achieve a good league finish this year. Only time will tell but for now Fusio are happy to enjoy the moment.
