B. Frade - Be Very Afraid

Tatatallfellas has revealed that monster 6'9" PG and 2nd Round Draft Choice, Blair Frade, 19, has made the club's roster for season 6.

"I think it's testament to our scouting department's abilities that although Blair was our 14th choice going into the draft, we've still discovered a rough diamond," said newly-appointed temporary club spokesperson, Bill Barks*.

Barks denied rumours Frade mde the cut instead of the scouts' 2nd choice and first round draft pick, the six foot Alun Pepper, simply because he is taller.

"That's roobish, that is. Frade might not pass it, defend it or shoot it quite as well but he's a more rounded propsect than Pepper, and let's face it, we're not called Southampton Shortarses, are we?"

Meanwhile, Barks has also denied whispers that El Macca is unhappy with the scouting department's performance in the draft and has slashed funding for season 6.

"An appropriate level of funding has been allocated to allow the scouting boys their trips to Vegas, sorry, scouting missions," said Barks.

*Barks is covering for previous spokesperson Fanny Speaks, who is currently recovering after (allegedly) being beaten up by fans of the Rundumb Pumpers while attending Game 1 of the Season 5 Playoff finals.
