Tallfellas go short

Forward-training team TaTaTallfellas seems to have lowered its sights, with the recruitment of $7m worth of latin guard talent in Oliver Navarro, Vittorio Carmelli and Hugo Oscar Vernazza.

"There's another lad as well, but he's worth about two bob at the moment," said club spokesperson Fanny Speaks.

"I don't know what's got into elmacca. They're definitely not tall and definitely not English. We all think he's just realised that 'el' is spanish."

"BOOM," said Elmacca. "Betcha' weren't expecting that."

Elmacca denied that ticket prices at the TipTopTavern were set to rise as a result of the club's record spending. "Inflation, we're very sorry" he said, somewhat insincerely.
