Chunks Holding Top Record

Two-thirds of Season 8 is in the books, and the New York Chunks are heading into the second round of conference games with the league's best record. At 14-1, the Chunks are coming off a big home win against a very tough Farfrumpukin team, which extends the Chunks' regular season home winning streak to 30 games going back to the start of Season 6.

The Chunks' lead in the Big 8 is only a single game over rival The Deitys, though the Chunks have built a good lead in point differential to help with a potential tie breaker. The Chunks have a similar over Ponce Leones in the Great 8, and are two games ahead of Farfumpukin. The Chunks are not taking any upcoming games lightly, and hope to continue to win and maintain home court advantage through the playoffs.
