Chunks End Ugly Season

Finishing with a disappointing 8-14 record, the Chunks are hoping to shake off Unlucky 13 and move on to Season 14 with a little more success. Gone are the lofty goals of playoff contention or even a .500 record. The Chunks will be back in survival mode as USA II.I continues to toughen each season and the league schedule is unendingly relentless. Even with an improved roster and increased payroll, the Chunks found the going rough, losing games that should have been won, but eking out just enough wins to grab 6th place and home court advantage in a relegation playoff to stave off a drop back to Division III.
