After months of secret negotiations, the contract was signed later today and former Homegrown King, Xavier "X-Man" Tsattalios re-signed with the club. Although the amount of the deal is not being disclosed, it included a 'Captains clause' giving Xavier Tsattalios the vacant Captain position. The entire playing group unanimously accepted this in an effort to secure the X-Man.
"We are so excited by this signing," Coach MrJ told reporters at a press conference hours ago. "He gives us immediate bang-for-our-buck in an area we desperately need it!" he added. "He will also be the perfect mentor for HOF rookie Georgijev. His leadership skills will be welcome in this young player group."
