Arizona Clinches Home Court Advantage Through the Finals!

The Desert Storm took care of business tonight beating Rocket Science 114-81 to move to 19-1 on the season with just 2 games left in the regular season. The Desert storm have a 4 game lead over #2 10inch Vertical. Arizona's 3 game lead over the top teams in the Big 8 will now hold up no matter what happens in their last two games of the season.

In tonight's action Andy Wilder led the team with 30 points and 18 rebounds....SG Timo Zvonc couldn't find the basket, going 1/9 from the field, but he had no trouble finding his teammates dishing out 14 assists. After a tight opening quarter, the Desert Swarm defense woke up and the team pulled away in the 2nd quarter continuing to stretch their lead as the game wore on.

Attention now shifts to next Thursdays National Cup Tournament where Arizona will face #3 Technical Fouls. This matchup pairs 2 of the top 3 teams in the country, and the winner of that game will be the favorite to win the Cup Championship the following week.
